First State Educate is working hard to create opportunities for students across Delaware. The group partners with school boards and communities in all three counties, training leaders and equipping families with the tools needed to strengthen public schools.

Now, you can become a part of this vital mission!

In 2025, First State Educate launched its Community Ambassador Program to empower parents, families, and community leaders in all of Delaware’s school districts. Ambassadors serve as trusted voices in their local communities; sparking conversations, sharing resources, raising awareness about important issues, and helping families stay informed about the challenges that shape their school district.

This program builds a strong network of informed advocates who bridge the gap between school boards and the communities they serve. Dedicated First State Educate Community Ambassadors are already making a difference in amplifying family voices!
