For more than 23 years, Success Won’t Wait has had many incredible volunteers. Some join us for a single event. Others stay involved for years. And a few are so devoted that we simply can’t imagine operating the organization without them.

Hilary Newman is a longtime volunteer whose energy and enthusiasm never wavers. Over the years, Hilary has taken on just about every task imaginable, from helping at book drives like the “Duel on the Delaware” to sorting through thousands of donated books. A talented artist, she is also responsible for painting our beautiful window sign (see below). And most recently, she even designed and painted our newest project, the Success Won’t Wait Little Free Library!

We are so grateful to Hilary, and to all of our volunteers, who have kept Success Won’t Wait strong and committed to sharing the gift of literacy since 2002.
