The 2025 Volunteer Delaware Conference “Planning with Purpose: Reignite, Rebuild, and Reimagine Volunteerism” will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at Bally’s Dover Hotel & Casino in Dover, Delaware.

The event will feature engaging workshops led by experts from across a variety of sectors including nonprofit, corporate, and government. These include practical seminars on volunteer motivation, youth engagement, innovation, and nonprofit leadership.

This year’s event will also highlight keynote speaker Carla Markell, Former First Lady of Delaware. Carla has long been a champion for community service, and her keynote will set the stage for a day filled with inspiration, learning, and connection.

 In addition, there will be two dynamic featured sessions, as well as opportunities to network and exchange ideas with peers from across Delaware.
