In 2025, Project SHE Blooms held its first annual book drive and Success Won’t Wait was proud to support the effort with a donation of more than 200 books. In 2026, we’ve upped that amount with a 300+ book donation, which will support local schools and after school programs.

Project SHE Blooms is a Delaware-based organization whose mission is to provide educational scholarships and resources to support education, literacy and wellness in the community.  (The “SHE” aptly stands for SERVE, HEAL and EMPOWER.)

The organization was founded in memory of Bria Marie Nix, who tragically died in February 2024. Project SHE Blooms is the posthumous embodiment of a vision that Bria had created several years prior to her untimely death, having left behind her detailed notes, goals and plans.

As beloved educator, Bria knew firsthand the power of strong reading skills and its impact on student success. Her dedication to her students was legendary and according to her family, she truly had a heart for helping all children reach their full potential.
