The Juvenile Detention Center of Delaware County received a donation of several hundred books in March 2009. The books were chosen to appeal to a mixed population, ages 7-18, and will be available to read for pleasure. In addition, many popular classics were included which are frequently assigned reading for ongoing class assignments. Aditional donations are planned throughout 2009.
