Since 2002, Beverly has been a valued supporter of Success Won’t Wait and its literacy programs. Beverly is the Founder and President of Back to Basics Learning Dynamics – a state-approved alternative school and the largest independent tutoring facility in the PA/DE/NJ area – so improving literacy is one of her true passions! Beverly’s facility was one of the first to receive a SWW children’s book basket, she has sponsored a Used Book Drive at Back to Basics, and has even underwritten the purchase of furnishings for the library construction at the Delaware Adolescent Program in Wilmington, Delaware. But most importantly, Beverly regularly donates her time to SWW through innovative projects like National I Love to Read Month. For several years now, in February, Beverly and her fellow instructors and students deliver thousands of books throughout the state in the form of children’s book baskets. The baskets are delivered to any office, lobby or waiting room frequented by children, making reading materials available to thousands of children each day!
