Success Won’t Wait literacy volunteer Matt McNeill recently received a commendation from Majority Leader Patricia M. Blevins of the Delaware State Senate, 7th District, recognizing “the commitment of an exemplary young Delawarean to the well-being of others and his community.”

Matt , now 14, is a freshman at Archmere Academy in Claymont, Delaware. He has volunteered with Success Won’t Wait for over 8 years, tackling projects from a 5,000+ book donation for the residents of Lewis County, West Virginia, to creating book packs for the Toys for Tots holiday toy drive, to handing out hundreds of books at the annual Winterthur Point-to-Point Steeplechase.
