The Success Won’t Wait Epic Book Drive is over and what a success! Starting several weeks ago, longtime volunteer Christine McNeill began sorting through existing donations to find the perfect books destined for schoolchildren in New Orleans.

Her goal? 150 boxes of children’s books.

We are proud to report that her daunting goal was not only reached, but was actually exceeded! Christine and her fellow volunteers put together an amazing 155 boxes of new and gently used children’s books for an astounding total of 8,285 books – Success Won’t Wait’s largest single donation in almost 9 years of operation!

Congratulations to Christine McNeill and the other volunteers who helped put together the project. And to the schoolchildren of New Orleans… watch for the “book truck” soon!
