On Monday the White House Council for Community Solutions released their final report to President Obama. To create Community Solutions for Opportunity Youth they recommended the development of successful cross-sector community collaborations, the creation of shared national responsibility and accountability, the engagement of youth as leaders in the solution, and the building of more robust on-ramps to employment.
