The mission of William C. Lewis Dual Language Elementary School is to provide a direct, effective, and a guaranteed curriculum in a safe, positive and diverse environment in order to foster bilingual literacy and the success of every student in a global society.

So, literacy events like the recent “Bedtime Story Event” where the teachers read aloud to the children in their pajamas are extra important!

Success Won’t Wait was excited to be a part of this great program and provided over 150 children’s books for the event!

Pictured here is Vincenza Carrieri-Russo, Miss Delaware United States, who provided the books on behalf of Success Won’t Wait, spoke with the children, and even did a little reading herself!
