Success Won’t Wait has now delivered baskets of children’s books to over 200 locations throughout Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Maryland. Our most recent basket was presented to the Children’s Waiting Room at Christiana Hospital in Newark, which is part of the Christiana Care Health System. According to Shirley Fleetwood, Executive Assistant to Kenneth L. Silverstein, MD of the Christiana Care Health System, “to a child, any large hospital can be a frightening place. With that in mind, we have set aside this warm inviting space, which is full of lovely books, puzzles and toys, where children can wait with their family.”

 This room is now a much needed sanctuary for children visiting the hospital!
