At Success Won’t Wait, we often receive books that don’t fit the parameters of any of our literacy projects — “coffee table books” or older, collector editions, for example. When we receive these types of wonderful books, we are thankful for our ongoing partnership with the Friends of the Hockessin Library.

The Friends of the Hockessin Library group hosts an amazing Used Book Sale every January – it is the organization’s largest event of the year. At the sale, you can buy almost any type of book — from children’s books, to cookbooks, to popular novels. Over 70,000 books were offered for sale last year!

So, this morning, Success Won’t Wait volunteers loaded up the van and donated 500 books to the Friends of the Hockessin Library. Make sure you visit the sale this January to see all the fabulous books available and to support this great organization!
