This week, Success Won’t Wait volunteers made a second donation of children’s books to the HeadStart program of Camden, New Jersey. The collaboration began back in June 2013, when Success Won’t Wait volunteer Matt McNeill got started on the program with an initial donation of 500+ pre-K books. This week’s donation of 375 books (for a total to date donation of 875 books), pushes Success Won’t Wait a little closer to its 2,000 book goal!

If you’re not familiar with the Head Start programof Camden, this is a nurturing early childhood education program for children ages three to five in Camden City and Camden County. It provides stimulating activities (like reading!) and learning experiences that prepare children for success in kindergarten and beyond.
