When the folks at Farmers Insurance in Wilmington, Delaware contacted us about hosting a book drive to benefit Success Won’t Wait’s literacy projects, we were excited. After all, this was a highly motivated and successful group of people! But, we never realized just how motivated…

The Farmers Insurance book drive yielded a veritable mountain of books — over 1,440 of them! These are much-needed for ongoing literacy projects like the Nemours Pediatric Clinic book giveaway program and the ongoing collaboration with Treasures for Educators to outfit local classrooms in need.

A big thank you goes to Debra Gay for coordinating the effort, as well as to the entire team for delivering the books right to our door. It’s through donations like this that Success Won’t Wait is able to continue its mission to encourage reading and provide materials to those who need them most.
