Success Won’t Wait volunteers recently put together a donation of over 400 new and gently used books, in English and Spanish, which will be available to the staff of Shannondell Continuing Care Community.
Located in the town of Audubon, Shannondell is close to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. And, in addition to its residents, the Community also includes over 300 staff members.
These K-5th grade children’s books will form the basis of an easy to use, instantly available free library in the employee lounge for the staff members and their families.
This donation was coordinated by Mr. Larry Jilk. Larry is the founder of the Phoenixville Read Aloud Program and has partnered with Success Won’t Wait on variety of projects since 2011.
