AmeriHealth Caritas Delaware is well-known for its commitment to helping the community. Employees dedicate time and energy to a wide range of nonprofits and charitable causes year-round. And this week, Success Won’t Wait was the recipient of that community-minded spirit!

Spearheaded by Long Term Services and Supports Supervisor Amanda Webb, LCSW, the AmeriHealth Caritas Delaware team hosted a book drive with Success Won’t Wait as the beneficiary. Employees scoured their attics, garages and bookshelves for books to donate in a variety of categories. The result? A literal truckload of titles – from pre-K faves to teen reads, adult fiction to beautiful coffee table books.

And, these books will be put to good use immediately. Projects underway include developing a bring-one-take-one library at the Rosehill Senior Center, as well as the long-awaited unveiling of Success Won’t Wait’s official Little Free Library just for kids!
