At Success Won’t Wait, we are passionate about the power of book access. For almost 25 years, we’ve provided large scale book donations to schools, after school programs, community centers, senior centers and more. But in addition to those “big” projects, we’ve also embraced the “little” ones… Little Free Libraries!   

Across the nation and around the globe, more than 200,000 Little Free Library boxes are open 24/7 and are freely accessible to all readers.  

One Little Free Library that that we’ve recently been introduced to is located at North Lincoln Street in the city of Wilmington, Delaware. Operated by Francesca Passalacqua (pictured), this library box is well frequented by both local residents and visitors. The only problem? Like many city locations, the outward flow of books doesn’t always match the replenishment rate. And that’s where Success Won’t Wait comes in!

This week, Success Won’t Wait volunteers met with Francesca to learn about the types of books that are most popular at her specific location. And then, we loaded her up with a variety of books that are sure to fly of the shelves!
