Mark your calendars! Hockessin Used Book Sale begins January 23

hockessin memorial hallThroughout the year, Success Won’t Wait donates books to other charitable organizations to reach as many kids, teens and adults in need as we possibly can. Since the outpouring of support for Success Won’t Wait has been so incredible, “sharing” with other groups just makes sense!

Over the last several years we’ve developed some wonderful relationships with non-profits locally and throughout the country. One of these is the Friends of the Hockessin Library group. The Friends group hosts an annual Used Book Sale, which we have enthusiastically supported for many years.

And… it’s that time again! This year, the Used Book Sale has more than 60,000 books for sale including a great collection of mysteries, biographies, science fiction, cookbooks, children’s books, gardening and art books, literary classics and much more! And, of the 60,000 books offered, over 8,000 were culled from the Success Won’t Wait collection — our largest donation ever!

So, mark your calendars! Here are the dates and times you’ll need:

Friends Preview Night, Thursday, January 23—5 pm-9 pm (membership available at the door—$10)

Friday, January 24—9 am-9 pm

Saturday, January 25—9 am-5 pm
